Steve Graham, President/Chief Technology Officer

Steve has been a leader in developing state of the art worker's compensation software applications for 20 years.

• Before joining @Global, he was Vice President of Management Information Systems for Global Medical Management, an International Medical Case Management Company.

• Prior to Global Medical Management, he was Vice President of Product Development for CareWare Systems, in Tampa Florida. At CareWare Steve was responsible for the development of CareWare's software product line.

• In 1989, Steve served as the Director of Software Development for Insurance Software Packages where he supervised the development of Workers Compensation Claim Systems, Medical Bill Review, Health Administration, and Liability Claims systems.

• Steve's previous experience includes a number of years as programmer and Senior System's Analyst at RISCORP, a self insured state fund in Florida, and Kaiser Engineers.


John Oliveira, Executive Vice President

John has been a catalyst for implementing technology solutions and pursuing quality improvement during his 20 years working in the insurance industry.

· Prior to joining @Global, he was the Director of Operations for more than 10 years at Horizon Casualty Services, a subsidiary of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. In this role, he pioneered the implementation of new technologies within a highly successful workers’ compensation claim management organization. He was responsible for the implementation and on-going service of key clients, which included major P&C carriers, TPAs, and large self-insureds.

· From 1988 through 1995, John held a number of positions of increasing responsibly at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. His experience includes market research, product development, systems implementation, and business development.

· John began his career as the operations manager for an office machine retailer. In this position, he worked to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
